About This Role

Carolina Renew is building our Commercial Painting division and seeking an experienced Commercial Painting Supervisor to lead this growth. This role manages painting projects in commercial facilities—offices, retail centers, medical facilities, and industrial spaces—throughout the Charlotte region.

As Commercial Painting Supervisor, you'll oversee multiple crews working on projects ranging from tenant improvements to full facility repaints. You'll coordinate with property managers, general contractors, and facility staff to minimize business disruption while delivering quality results.

Commercial work demands different skills than residential—larger scale, tighter timelines, after-hours work, and coordination across trades. We're looking for someone with commercial painting experience who can build and lead teams, manage complex schedules, and maintain excellent client relationships.

This is a growth position in an expanding division. Initial projects will utilize existing residential crews while we build dedicated commercial teams. Your input will shape how we staff and structure commercial operations.

A Day in the Life

☀️

Your schedule is dynamic. Morning starts with a 7 AM walk-through at a medical office painting at night—reviewing progress with your crew lead and planning tonight's scope. By 9, you're meeting a property manager at a retail center to discuss a three-store repaint project starting next month. Lunch is a planning session at headquarters, ordering materials for two active projects. Afternoon brings an insurance company office for a pre-start meeting with their facilities team—you coordinate after-hours access and parking. By 5, you're sending a project update email to clients and confirming crew assignments for tonight's work. Commercial painting is about logistics, relationships, and quality—and you're at the center of all three.
