If you're ready to lead a team while continuing to develop your craft, this is the opportunity for you.

A Day in the Life

β˜€οΈ

Your day starts at 7 AM when you meet your crew at the shop to load materials and review the day's projects. By 7:30, you're on-site conducting a quick safety briefing and assigning tasks. Throughout the day, you rotate between hands-on painting and supervision, ensuring prep work is thorough, lines are clean, and coverage is perfect. Around noon, you take a working lunch, often checking in with the Project Manager about upcoming jobs. The afternoon is focused on making progress while training newer team members on proper techniques. Before leaving at 4 PM, you do a final walk-through, document progress with photos, and prep the site for the next day. It's a satisfying routine that lets you build something you're proud of.
