Why a contractor tells you what he cannot do
Because the alternative wastes your time. North Carolina requires a general contractor license at a statutory project threshold, bonded work requires a surety, and some segments require certifications we do not hold. Each page names the specific constraint for that segment, with the rule cited, so a facility manager can rule us in or out in a minute rather than after three site visits.
